Day to Night

I wore this tee to work on Friday with my one pair of business casual appropriate pants.  I'm not sure if the shoes work with the top, but I didn't want to be too matchy with red shoes or wear boring black shoes.  And I'd been wearing heels almost all week, so I felt like flats.

Too cool for school.

I switched it up with some comfy jeans and platforms for a night of karaoke.

I just had a bath.  And I really don't understand why these shoes are here.

This studded skirt is another piece from the Versace for H&M collection.  I love it!  I got a bunch of compliments while wearing it today.

I love how the sparkles look different depending on the angle.

Flat Tire

So yesterday morning I woke up to a flat tire.  It's fun to try to change a tire in a long skirt and high heeled boots!

Actual call to AAA.

I'm really just goofing off here, but neither I nor Patty were strong enough to get this going.  Hence the call to AAA.

She appears to be howling, but she's really looking at me lovingly.

I will trade this dog for a ride!

This is my favorite piece from the Jason Wu for Target collection.  I think it's completely adorable and very figure flattering.  I'm not sure if the ring and shoes are too matchy, but I really wanted to add a little more color.

No, I'm not just hiding my hands, it has pockets!  Yay, pockets!

I love this detail on the hem.

I wore this to a blogging workshop on Saturday.  Trust me, this WAY nicer than I usually look on Saturday morning.

Secretary's Day

I felt like a secretary in this outfit. At first I put a blazer on over the shirt, but it just felt too conservative, so I switched to a sweater.  As always, I had to have some color, so I added the bright blue shoes.

Blech, I don't like these shoes.  The ones behind me are better.  We go for walks in them.
