Peplum & Mint

I've been obsessed with the color mint lately and have been wanting to try peplum, so this shirt was perfect!  I'll totally wear these shoes all summer.  I love a good wedge--all the height of heels, but with less discomfort.

Herb Ritts at the Getty Center

My friend Lauren and I went to the Getty Center last weekend to check out the Herb Ritts exhibit.  We weren't sure if we were allowed to take pictures of the photographs, so we didn't.  I guess we weren't feeling very rebellious that day.  The Getty also has some beautiful gardens, so I did take pictures of those.

Lauren let me borrow her hat, since it matched my outfit.  Between the hat and the sunglasses, I felt very vampy.

When you first walk up to the Getty, you are greeted by this naked boy holding a weed.  At first I thought he was holding a rat or a frog.

This is an old shirt, but it's pretty on trend right now, with its bright color.  See, everything comes back into style!  This means I shouldn't get rid of any of my clothes, right?  Right?  The shoes are newer--they were on clearance at Target.

A Touch of Wild

I've had this belt forever.  I really like how it looks with these pants and am eager to try it with some of my other colored denim.

Green Jeans Strike Again

I got the idea to wear these jeans with bright blue from someone on the street.  It's color blocking!  I would've rather worn heels with it, but I had to be on my feet all day.

Lady in Red

Wore this to an barbecue and deep frying party.  My mother will tell that she thinks I look good in red.  The dress is loose fitting, so it's comfortable if you eat too much, which was pretty important for this party.
