Black & White All Over

When I tried on this jacket, my first thought was, "Oppan, Gangnam Style."  My second thought was, "I love it!"  What's that say about me?  Anyway, I wore this at the costume exhibit at FIDM.

Little Bit Goth

Kind of funny story about these shoes.  I was on the elevator at work and a woman asked me if my shoes were comfortable.  I told her no, but I just sit at a desk all, so it didn't matter.  She responded, "They sure are pretty, but they're going to give you bunions."  Thanks?

I wore a blazer over this instead of my usual cardigan.

Addicted to Skulls

I told you I was loving the skulls right now.  I'm sure you'll be seeing more of them later.  I love how these skulls have little bows on their heads.  It's that juxtaposition of hard and soft again.  The dress is open in the back, so you can't really wear a bra with it.  Joanna Coles would not approve.

Summer's Ending...

So it's unofficially the last weekend of summer.  (I say unofficial, because the first day of fall is not until September 22nd.)  I shouldn't complain, it'll probably stay hot here for at least another two months.  However, I keep hearing people say how much they're looking forward to fall.  I am not.  And it's for the most shallow of reasons--I like my summer clothes way better than my fall clothes.  I also don't feel like I've worn nearly enough of them.  I have way too many sundresses.  I would much rather wear a comfy, easy dress than a sweater.  And I hate wearing tights.  So I'm trying to wear as many dresses as I can before the weather turns.

Shoes That Stop Traffic

I seriously love these shoes.  I never would have thought that I could love something neon so much.  I don't even think these pictures do them justice.  They practically glow in the dark.  The trick is what do you wear them with besides all black?  I actually have a few ideas, which will hopefully be on the blog in the not too distant future.

I don't know why I'm doing this.  Patty told me to.

Tennis, Anyone?

This dress makes me feel like I should go play tennis in it.  It was supposed to come with a little white belt, but I bought it on clearance and the belt was missing.  I added this little black belt, which actually came with a skirt from Forever 21.

Spinning.  I almost threw up after.

I'm kind of obsessed with this bracelet.
